Beeching Road Studios is a distinctive, arts-led creative cluster of artists and makers, craft design and media businesses and their supply chains. It is hub that offers tenants, service users and visitors a variety of attractive, affordable and secure spaces.

Developed on the site of the former Sharwood’s curry factory, Beeching Road studios comprises 4x large studios for creative businesses, 27x smaller studios creating a community for individual artists, a gallery space, and café. The design, which was informed by consultation with the creative sector, carries the patina of the site’s history providing an industrial backdrop to this contemporary creative space.
